- Director Sales &amp; Marketing to shape the sales and marketing of the organization and scale revenue to the next level - Will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account executives across the enterprise and mid-market sales - Should be excited being part of his own organisation, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities Domain Knowledge : - Willingness to become an Entrepreneur and be a Co-owner of the company - Compensation will have a basic fix amount plus large profit sharing and ESOPS - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals - Build a sound team of Sales &amp; Marketing, with clear laid performance KPI- s - Assists in the development of the sales plan - Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales managers/ executive, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning - Build process and create a funnel for business, enable relationships at OEM, onboarding, activation, and expansion - Evangelize our products &amp; solution offerings and personally help close largest deals - Work collaboratively across teams - including Technology, Product and Marketing - Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Own the Profit&amp; loss of the business : - 10+ years of core enterprise sales experience including management of teams and a track record of exceeding quota - Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams - Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask - Strong leadership and team building skills - Strong communication and team building skills - Willing to work for a start up and ability to adopt &amp; understand start up challenges - The candidate must be passionate to work as a start up, Co-founder - Candidate must be located in Delhi / NCR region only - Consulting experience in the area of Cyber Security mandatory - co-founder,sales &amp; marketing, cybersecurity, kpi, start-up management, organizational planning, budget setting, oem onboarding, technology
