Summary

Provides leadership to the Center of Excellence group within Package Applications service line. Identifies, evaluates and develops solutions that are strategic and critical for the success of the Pkg applications business. business issues. Manages budgets. Works on abstract problems across all functional and technical areas. Possesses extensive functional & technical breadth.

Job Duty Differentiators

- Manages multiple functions based on the direction of IT Executives.

- Reviews IT and business requirements, and makes decisions to satisfy business needs.

- Prepares high level activity and progress reports and presents to Executives.

- Majority of projects involved in or overseeing have global impact.

- Manages lower level IT leaders.

- Strategic collaboration with partners to develop Global IT solutions.

Experience

- Functional - 16+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Leadership - 8+ years leadership experience.

Skills

- Functional / Technical Skills/Leadership/Experience

- Experience / Understanding of ERP / SCM / CRM / Cloud Applications

- Enterprise class products : SAP, Oracle, Microsoft

- Implementation methodologies such as Oracle AIM, SAP – ASAP, Agile etc.

- Previous experience in working directly or managing a global team across onsite & offshore

- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

- Hands on experience in working with geographically dispersed teams

- Should have led practices / COE teams around Oracle / SAP / Microsoft applicationS

- Indepth experience in any one of the industries (manufacturing, retail, CPG, healthcare)

- Possesses expert knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve the most/highly complex IT issues.

- Proven ability to manage multiple departments.

- Clearly understands short and long-term business goals and objectives and ability to align IT direction with those objectives.

- Experienced in coaching and mentoring both team members and business partners.

- Understands vision, the strategic direction, and the impact technology can have on these priorities.

- MBA from tier-1 Business Schools
