Warburttons a leadership search organisation is retained to identify a strategic and experienced Head of Coal Trade for India large Conglomerate. This role demands a visionary leader capable of expanding markets , driving procurement & sales, maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

As a Head of Coal Trade India you will manage the below responsibilities:

- Achieve the Topline & Bottom line as per the AoP - Develop strategic plans for importing coal. Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Lead and optimize trading activities. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes related to coal industry. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

A successful applicant should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 15+ years of progressive experience in coal trading both purchase and sales.

- Strong understanding of the Indian coal market.

- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.Proficiency in financial analysis and market research.
