Job Responsibilities:
Anchor Development and Management:
- Build Alliances and Partnerships which entails empaneling Anchors across categories for partnerships independently as well as with inputs from the Sales team (ZH and RM)
- Responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and products with Partners
- Study competitors and do product benchmarking with impanelled anchors
- Complete Anchor relationship management
- Design communication for onboarded Anchor ecosystem and ensure its dissemination to ecosystem constituents
- Develop and implement engagement strategies (physical meetings, vendor meets, webinars) with Anchor and its ecosystem constituents in coordination with the Sales team
Business and portfolio quality:
- Increase share of business with empaneled Anchors in coordination with the Sales team
- Partial sales target in coordination with Sales Team (driving synergy)
- Monitor portfolio performance for the Anchor & its eco-system
- Monitor any significant development with Anchors and its eco-system which may risk the portfolio and accordingly suggest mitigating steps
- Ensure active support from the Anchor for recovery of any delinquency in its ecosystem portfolio
Job Requirements:
- MBA Finance / CA
- Possess 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with the existing clients
- Able to utilize digital and upcoming platforms to build the required digital B2B outreach
- Be brilliant with numbers, analyzing financial statements, interpreting data, and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts), and get work done by various people.
- Be personable and have a presence, and be able to present the company /products/ capabilities very well
- Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to set up and manage a completely new function from scratch, and take it to scale
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Think strategically -convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team
- Ambitious and Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
