Cloud Managed Services Head
A leading Japanese IT service provider specializing in developing and implementing business systems for customers of diverse sectors and sizes. Assists customers with their digital transformation needs and works with them in creating new value by delivering unique services that leverage our diverse human capital and advanced IT solutions.
Key responsibilities :
- 15-20 years of experience with at least five years of experience in account management, technical support, and/or customer service experience within managed services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related majors
- Experience in various functions of Managed Services Operations, Presales, Transition, Delivery. Led and delivered managed services and support projects in different Cloud platforms and / or in AI/ML space.
- Strong Consulting skills in managed services including process design, ongoing support and monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience in managing multiple cross-skilled teams working across shifts.
- Experience in using AIOps, Billops, FinOps and APM tools and delivering related services.
- Proven work experience in cloud support management or as a delivery leader
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery Management
- Ability to get hands dirty and work directly on technical issues when the need arises.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- ITIL Certified or experience other ITSM systems.
- Experience with ISO 20001, 27001, 23001 would be highly desirous.
- Experience with SOC, PCI and/or HIPPA would be helpful
