Research and initiate corrections to transaction and/or account errors

Book-building and centralized coordination

Must Have:

- 10-12 years of experience in Banking /Financial services (Customer Service and Operations Background).

- Experience in managing a team

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Relationship Management Skills

- Knowledge of Products and Systems

- Strong Organizational Skills

- Strong Administrative Skills
