About our Client - My client is India's leading Ecommerce player within the B2B space. They have wide range of customer base ranging from small and big companies and an excellent platform for business to trade online. They have a young and enterprising employee base with a great focus on growth and development. As a company they have been recognized and awarded for promoting small business and forming a strong Ecommerce platform. They are looking for a Head of Client Servicing who will develop and deliver the growth plans.
Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for - Develop, implement and maintain Ecommerce growth strategy.
- Evaluate and understand the customer requirement and build a strong service relationship.
- Design and maintain incentive schemes which would initiate customer acquisition and retention.
- Improvise on customer service.
- Lead a team and ensure a consultative approach is being inculcated
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from a premium B school with at least 8 to 12 years of experience. An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in customer services or sales within an Ecommerce space with people management skills. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, customer experience, ability to recommend alternative technical and business approaches.
