\We have urgent requirement for Head Of Client Management - Digital Marketing for UK based Mnc in Hyderabad

Work Timing :12.30PM to 9.30PM

- As Head of Account Management - Digital Marketing, you will work with the CLIENT portfolio's Brand Directors and marketing teams to define and deliver on the strategic direction with responsibility for building and managing relationship with client and internal digital channel teams.


- You will be responsible for client target delivery, be a voice of the brand to the channel teams and champion the channel teams to the client. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivery of digital marketing initiatives across SEM, Paid social, SEO & Affiliate marketing, client satisfaction and continuously raising the bar via innovation and introducing latest tools/ techniques to improve efficiency.


- The person will also be trend setter and set direction for digital teams innovation and promotion, both internally and externally, with the objective of taking the client services team to the standards of international media agencies.

- The ideal candidate will be a driven individual, people person, with an entrepreneurial spirit, wealth of digital marketing experience, and client relationship management.


- We prefer a candidate from agency background. The Head of Account Management - Digital Marketing will have an in-depth understanding of all digital marketing disciplines and be able to demonstrate past success of in a similar B2C business.

The Head of Account Management - Digital Marketing will report in to the Client Services Director.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client -

- Nurture client relationship by being an effective communicator, proactive in understanding client needs and delivering on client targets.

- Own the client relationship and be their Champion to digital teams and vice versa.

- Become the go to person for the client.

- Lead digital team's client calls, ensure accurate reporting, and clear plans are presented and executed.

- Work closely with the marketing & sales team to ensure cohesive approach and maximisation of ROI

- Introduce client satisfaction measurement matrix/framework and ensure satisfaction levels as per company expectations

Reporting -

- Management reporting to the Executive and respective stake holders on individual brands performance

- Ensure insight driven and timely reporting that drives the company to data driven decision making.

Digital Channel teams -

- Work with channel teams (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, Content, research and analytics as required) to produce annual and quarterly strategies and road maps for CLIENT brands proactively.

- Champion the digital teams to clients and the group globally - promote them via newsletters, thought leadership material. Ensure digital teams work is promoted on our website too. Be their front line of defense and promotion.

- Support the channel teams in delivering their targets.

- Work with partner agencies as required

Account management team -

- Manage, support and mentor a team of 3 employees (can be scaled based on the success of this team). Demonstrate empathetic and matured leadership, progressive thinking reflecting in the team vision and developing staff to be next generation leaders.

- Ensure training to digital marketing staff on client relationship handling and management.

Self -

- Be a go getter, collaborator, demonstrate a solution based approach and attitude.

- Raise our brand recognition by producing case studies, white papers and promoting them on our own website, social networks and publications.

- Run a monthly digital newsletter focused towards client growth and promoting digital teams work.

- Identify awards we should compete in, submit entries, and represent the company.

- Be the information source and direction setter to raise our agency standards, introducing new technology and tools.

- Convert the digital team into work class international agency standards.

- Drive innovation and growth centric experimentation agenda.

- Deal with finance queries, reconciliation and ensuring all suppliers get paid on time.
