Experience : Client facing servicing experience in Banks. Experience in managing preferred clients. Including Team Management / Strategic role. Minimum experience 8 years

Key Roles : Ensure complete solution is provided to clients with coordination with internal Stakeholders - Ops, Central Service Delivery teams, technology & Branches
- Ensure TAT of service requests and complaints
- Create a Wow through Service delivery
- Work in close coordination with Insignia Service Managers & Relationship Manager to deliver superior service to clients
- Ensuring 360- client engagement - "Total Client Ownership"
- Working closely with other Business Units to set up process and provide service to Insignia clients
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Responsible for look and feel of the Insignia lobby
