Job Description :
- Leverage the in house campaign management tool to drive various business objectives by identifying eligible customers, pushing real time offers via all digital medium like Net Banking, SMS and Email, and tracking conversions.
- Maximize revenue via in house call centre by creating regular customer campaigns, introducing new third party products for sale, lead management and driving conversions.
- Drive NTB client activation on all digital channels - Net Banking, ATM, Debit Cards usage, mobile apps .
- Leverage all offline existing channels i.e. branch banking, call centre, relationship managers etc to fulfil campaigns on ground. Implement new channels for customer reach out via Miss Call, Click to Call services.
