Head - Civil Structure Design

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Working on detailed Design of civil and structural that includes forming specifications, cost and quantities estimation.

- Performing structural for and civil design and analysis calculations using governing Indian and international codes and standards and standard engineering practices.

- Design and analysis of module mounting structure for different type of orientation

- Design and analysis of micro pile, ramming, screw piles and open foundation

- Design and analysis of switch-yard tower foundations, power transformer foundations, equipment foundations.

- Performing/ ensuring Design of steel, R.C.C structure for control room and inverter stations

- To analyse and design pre-engineered buildings with dead load, wind load & equipment load.

- Guiding draftsman for fabrication drawings and checking of fabrication drawings

- Co-ordination with Client, vendors, contractors, sub-consultants & to Provide technical solutions to team of structural engineers, draftsmen, site queries & Proposals

- Prepare Technical Specifications, Design Basis, Design and Analysis of RCC and Steel Structures, Equipment foundations static and dynamic & Technical Bid Evaluation.

- Excellent Knowledge of STAAD Pro, AUTOCAD, MS office, INDIAN STANDARDS, AISC, MBMA etc.

- Based on the finalised concept design make detailed Auto CAD Drawing at component level Finalise 3D models based on the design calculations.

- Ensuring detail drawings are accurate and adhere to detail Design Standards.

- Checking of Bill of Quantities for RCC & Steel work & as per requirement Site related information

- Conducting site visits to supervise quality of work.
