Head - Engineering - Green Field Projects - Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the overall project plan, schedule, and budget. Worked on green field projects.

2. Conduct feasibility studies and site selection analysis.

3. Secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.

4. Manage design, engineering, construction, and commissioning activities.

5. Select and manage vendors and contractors.

6. Ensure compliance with all applicable cGMP regulations and quality standards.

7. Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems.

8. Manage project risks and contingencies.

9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members.

10. Lead and motivate a team of engineers, scientists, and other professionals.

11. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.

2. Proven experience in leading the development and execution of greenfield projects.

3. Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

6. Travel may be required.
