Role : Head - City Operations & Expansion

- Responsibility of devising entry strategy of the company in Major cities and setting up complete Operations in these cities

- Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.

- Someone who is ready for the challenges and has good negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills track record of achieving revenue targets.

- Experience in setting up an eCommerce function will be much preferred.

- Demonstrate intense customer focus.

- Prior team management experience is a must

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language
