The ideal candidate will lead all the aspects of the upcoming software development centre along with the Profit and loss responsibility which will directly impact the growth trajectory of the fastest growing business of the company. Closely liaising with Global Heads and CEO with high visibility. Some of the key responsibilities will include : - To build a software development centre from scratch to service various technology products across clients . - Capable to build a product from scratch or should be able to change / transform or suggest improvement of existing technology products. - To run a team of development, design and testing resources located across India. - To manage intricacies and dynamics of a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. - Capable of building teams from scratch and run large teams to meet demands of various customers. The suitable individual should have : - 18+ years of experience along with managing the day to day technological operations of a large software development organization. - Proven ability to manage enterprise-level systems and a complex Global development environment - Experience and expertise in developing complex software platforms, across a variety of industries. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Ability to drive product vision, strategy, and development road-map in alignment with business.
