Job Title: Digital Marketing Head/CMO/CDO
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, transitioning pharma clinic services online and reducing dependence on third-party agencies.
- Assume ownership of all digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, digital advertising) to maximize reach and brand impact.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns, drive performance improvements, and ensure exceptional ROI on every marketing rupee spent.
- Foster seamless collaboration across departments, integrating digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, effectively manage marketing budgets, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovative digital growth strategies.
- Cultivate a dynamic team environment that thrives on creativity and continuous learning, fostering a culture of excellence within the digital marketing team.
Who We Are Looking For:
