Head of Technology : Agro Chemical Industry .

Reporting to : CEO

Experience 20- 25 years in reputed Chemical/Agro chemical/pharma industries.

Age Group 45 - 53 years

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech ( Chemical Engineering )/ Doctorate in Chemical/Chemical Technology

- This position will be part of Management Committee and will focus to oversee New Product

- Identification for possible research and development.

- This position will have a wide range of responsibilities - ranging from product identification for R&D- Technology choice and optimization- Lab/pilot trials to validate the Technology steps.

- Optimize norms, yields, quality etc- data generation and guide the Regulatory Team for data compilation and filing.

- Collaborate with Technical Services to continually improve norms/yields/effluent treatment and quality parameters etc.

- Oversee and guide R&D on new product technology development, Identify and coordinate contract manufacturing opportunities for intermediates that go into FG.

- Guide and champion the new product pilot trials, product trials and product development to establish Agronomic and commercial feasibility of new products.

- Generate data and facilitate registration filing across geographies and crops in India and Abroad.

- Ensure smooth transfer of Technology from Pilot to main plant. Set optimizing norms, conversion and quality parameters.

- Good understanding of global trends in product use and phaseout, Technological advancements in manufacturing, process safety and bi product generation.

- Drive initiatives for responsible care and Green initiatives, ISO/5S initiatives etc., The role has to manage expenditure budgets in relation to the activities and ensure successful completion of projects at various levels as per budgeted expenditures.
