Head - Chassis Design & Development - Automobile

- Conversant with Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems

- Conversant with New Product Introduction process, its milestones and delivery success criteria for engineering

- Functional expertise in design and development of chassis aggregates and to take technical decisions with functional leadership and technical conflicts management

- Monitoring of engineering program deliverables for the chassis aggregates, highlight any deviations, approvals of decision sheets

- Conversant with budgeting and expenses required for Design and Development- of Chassis Aggregates, Early Vendor Involvement (EVI), Engineering Costs, etc.

- Monitoring program time line of chassis aggregates for engineering gateways Able to lead the team size (size of 10 to 12 Engineers)

- Able to manage and get the work done from Engineering Service Providers

- Documentation and Lesson Learnt report - Know how to document mistakes and lesson learnt. Able to prepare Engineering Template and Procedures, long & short report for Management Reporting Purpose in Projects, anticipate bottlenecks in the program, Procedures / Process and improve the system for better and faster results

- Experience in Monocoque Chassis Systems preferred only
