JD for Head Channel Sales
- Identify & developing new channel partners.
- Meeting Channel Partners on constant basis to enhance relationship with the company.
- Arranging site visits for channel partners & their clients.
- Completing Pre Registration process of booked client.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home sale process.
- Expedite the resolution of client concerns and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
- Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Identifying and resolving problems and/or issues that may delay timely closing of property and communicating this information as necessary to parties impacted
