Head - Channel Sales - Furnishing Industry (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking for a Channel Sales Head for a furnishing industry based in Mumbai:

1. Identify and onboard new channel partners

2. Provide support and training to partners to ensure success

3. Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals

5. Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts

6. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions

7. Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts

8. Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives

9. Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue

10. Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel

11. Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings

12. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
