POSITION - Head Channel & Product Marketing

SPAN OF CONTROL : pan INDIA

REPORTING : CMO

REPORTEEs : Head Product marketing + Head Channel Marketing & their respective teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Spearheading the value delivery by development & ensuring an innovative, robust product portfolio & taking it to the distribution channels & customers to help in achieving desired business results.

- Responsible for consumer marketing programmes to increase activization and productivity of all the business channels by exploring, designing and implement brand marketing initiatives for Lead generation involving BTL,activation,Online and Mass media.

- Responsible for gaining recognition for brand- 's achievements and strengthen the brand by driving customer centricity and brand visibility

- Explore, design and implement innovative ideas/ communication programs to enhance brand visibility and increase penetration market penetration .

REQUIREMENT :

Candidates currently heading product & channel marketing OR heading any one of these 2 with a prior exposure on the other .

INDUSTRY : Insurance, Banks, NBFC, AMC, BFSI ( any ).
