Head - Channel Partner - Consumer Durable

- Develop distribution & sales strategies, analyze market trends, grow & drive the all India Franchisee business, especially in Tier 3 & 4 towns

- Create franchise strategies (Finance, Procurement & Careers) for complete market penetration

- Competitor & customer analysis to explore new potential markets & benchmark franchise pricing & offerings

- Structure franchise opening process, wrt timelines, locations, guidelines for infrastructure, staffing, systems, billing, supply chain etc

- Ensure profitability of the channel, design SOPs & build relationships with customers, traders & institutions

- Management of key accounts, resolution of any issues regarding commercial territory across the franchise network

- Protect the brand through compliance with the legal agreement & trading terms

- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, presentation & team building skills
