1. Incumbent from Insurance / BFSI industry with a deep understanding of agency, banca & enterprise (B2B)
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Agency : Drive acquisition & revival of advisors in consultation with the sales teams.
2. Banca : Marketing support to onboard and manage key campaigns with the existing partners.
3. B2B : Build proposition, product - channel fitment, sales collateral.
4. Put a framework to mine channel insights and harness the same for product ideas, launches, programs and activation calendars.
6. Drive channel analytics to discover strength and gap areas at geo, product, channel level to Extract business growth
