Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
1. Agency : Drive acquisition & revival of advisors in consultation with the sales teams
2. Banca : Marketing support to onboard and manage key campaigns with the existing partners
3. B2B : Build proposition, product - channel fitment, sales collaterals
4. Put a framework to mine channel insights and harness the same for product ideas, launches, programs and activation calendars
5. Drive channel analytics to discover strength and gap areas at geo, product, channel level to Extract business growth
6. Incumbent from BFSI industry with a deep understanding of agency, banca & enterprise (B2B) segments
7. MBA from tier 1 /2 college with an overall experience of 13-15 years; desired experience in sales plus marketing
8. Consideration set companies - top brands in BFSI or Trade marketing in consumer goods
9. People manager experience of more than 4-5 years
