Role :
- As Change Management Specialist, play a key role in leading projects on change initiatives to meet business, project and budget objectives.
- This position focuses on changes to, systems and technology, business processes and structures.
- The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes such that business results are achieved.
Responsibilities :
- To lead, guide & coach the direct team and the extended stakeholders towards the objectives of change management initiatives and the projects undertaken
- Lead initiatives for process changes and automation across treasury units(trading and support functions)
- Co-ordinate with the technology team, traders and mid office team for the automation requirements. Be a business analyst for the treasury unit. Undertake system user acceptance testing.
- Develop business requirement document for automation for onward discussion with Tech team, based on inputs received from BAU(Business As Usual) team
- Handle ad-hoc one time TM projects
- Apply the project management skills, processes and principles on projects or initiatives
