Experience on the client side i.e. Someone who has worked in/has come from the world of GIC's and Indian IT MNC- s, and is probably someone who has worked in/is working in a leading recruitment consulting firm.

Job responsibilities:

- Heading the IT staffing business

- Manage profitability for this business vertical

- Understand people challenges that clients face at strategic and delivery level

- Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan short, medium, log term headcount needs

- Workforce management

- Deployment process improvement
