HEAD-CENTRAL MATERIALS Person should be in a position Lead team of : - 3-4 members in HO & Plant Purchase managers of all 8 units with team of 3-4 members in each plant including stores in charges - Coordinating & interaction with cross functional team of production, Quality, Design, finance, Maintenance, Costing, Development, HR, IT etc. Reports to CEO : Following reports to be submitted to CEO for review : - Monthly Raw material requirements against sales plan along with inventories - Transport control sheets on monthly basis - Gas Purchase data Vs Mig wire on monthly - Inventory on hand and turns on quarterly basis - Non-moving stock with liquidation plan on quarterly basis - Purchase prices Vs customer support prices on quarterly basis - Raw material price trends on quarterly basis - Material reconciliation quarterly basis - Scarp generation & reconciliation on quarterly basis - Credit / debit notes with suppliers based on quarterly price revisions - Cost Saving details on quarterly basis
