This early-stage tech start up is in the emergency response space. It is well backed by leading PE firms and investors. They are already present in multiple cities and 70+locations pan India.

1. Directing operations and increasing profitability for the company

2. Designing and implementing business strategy & planning, day to day operations related to fleet

3. Managing process automation

4. Working closely with internal and external partners, providing recommendations and information to enable growth

5. Negotiating terms and closing deals as per SOPS , revenue generation and margin expectations

6. Redefining processes in fleet management, client management, vendor management & credit control

7. Procurement of own fleet

8. Vendor evaluation and finalization by effective cost calculation on a certain route based on load and TAT

Requirements:

- Experience in fleet operations, fleet management, designing and implementing SOPS .

- 15+ years of experience in B2B and B2C operations

- Have the capability to manage operations at Pan India level.
