Head - Catering Sales - Hotel/Restaurant

We are currently working on a position for Head Catering Sales for our client based in Mumbai.

- Candidate will be responsible for heading sales for Indoor and Outdoor Catering. Handling complete sales and operations of catering division.

- Candidate should have strong experience in catering, banquet sales.

- Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.

- Handling sales of Banquets, Hotels, Fine Dining, Food Courts, Outdoor Catering, Pubs, Lounges & Entertainment

- Responsible for the day to day operations and sale of Banquets

- Meeting Sales Targets.

- Coordinating Banquets & Business Centre Meeting, Breakouts & Social Events.

- Training the staff.

- Scheduling activities of staff.

- Communication & Coordination with the Banquet Kitchen.

- Manage, supervise & arrange Business Centre/ Banquets for Conferences.

Experience : 12+ years
