Head - Category - FMCG/eCommerce/Retail

Position : Head-Category

- Delivering Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets.

- Business Planning, Analysis and Forecasting.

- Manage P&L for the Category, Increase product assortment, Innovate and increase sales across all sub categories, Maintain a healthy Top & bottom line.

- Overall strategy for the daily deal business product & Campaign management

- Develop and Implement Category Strategy to register hyper-growth for various inventory types (Own Inventory, Marketplace partners and Private Label).

- Business Planning & Strategy formulation for next level growth phase.

- Expand & Protect Revenue by recognizing growth opportunities .

- Brand Engagement and Marketing for continuous business growth and Brand/Product Exclusivities

Skills/Qualifications:

- Should be from Tier 1 Institute with minimum 11 years of experience in Category management preferably from Ecommerce /FMCG or Retail Industry .

- Age Criteria- between 32-39 yrs.

- The ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service and attitude.

- Experience managing an accomplished team.

- Proven senior level digital marketing experience across all digital disciplines, including campaign strategy, online planning & buying across all digital channels including mobile, PPC and social media.

- Knowledge of emerging markets and trends within the wider digital industry, including consumer habits.
