Head - Capital Market - NBFC

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

The incumbent will be the bridge between the Sr. Management and prospective and existing Investors/PE firms. The role will primarily be of liasioning with the investors community with updates and information from time to time and also meet prospective investors for scouting for future investments for the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Business Research: Providing competitive analysis, assessment of investors, merchant bankers and analysts

2. Leadership: Built and lead the QIP task force - a cross functional, senior and middle management team which collaborated with merchant bankers and legal counsel for extensive operational, financial and legal due diligence

3. Marketing: Re-define the right business metrics for pitching decks and placement document

4. Analyzing various financial and economic factors based on quantitative & qualitative information

5. Conducting equity research on shares to invest in for intraday, short term and long term on the basis of technical and fundamental analysis

6. Carried out statistical analysis of economic data, fundamentals and relevant correlations of data

7. Built and maintained financial models for companies and assisted in writing research reports

8. Update Quarterly Investor Presentation, prepare for Board presentations on organization performance
