1) Wok closely with the Global Head and Business Heads to establish Campus recruitment requirements

2) Manage & evaluate the effectiveness of end-to-end attraction campaigns to ensure that attract strong and diverse applicant pool

3) Maintain good relationship with Tier1 B-Schools, colleges...

4) Strengthen on-campus brand presence by developing strong links with target colleges, managing alumni and business participation

5) Ensure recruitment & selection of high caliber candidates through managing & participating in all assessment/selection events

6) Assisting in designing selection materials to be used globally to identify top talents

A full time MBA with good experience in Campus Recruitment and excellent communication.
