- Lead and develop a high volume recruiting mechanism.
- Benchmark campus process across fintech organizations and implement best practices
- Preparing campus strategies and identifying target campuses for business
- Providing Market Intelligence for campus hiring to top management
- Business and Internal Stakeholder management
- Manage campus relationships and establish touch points between campus and business for dialogue.
- Conduct student, faculty & Panel Certification Program- Managing relationship with T School and Arts and Science Placement officers
- Execute internship based on business needs to identify talent early
- Identify avenues of partnership with campuses to co create technology solutions
