Head - Campus Hiring - BFSI

- Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting for all open positions at all levels

- Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs

- Develop a deep understanding of staff positions and establish partnerships with managers and department leaders

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with staffing agencies that are the most beneficial to the organization

- Identifies and educates hiring teams on marketplace/talent/hiring trends

- Develops and tracks firm-wide campus recruiting budget and evaluates for impact improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness

- Provides timely and meaningful metrics

- Based on changing business needs, build new and strengthen current relationships with School Career Services, University Faculty, and targeted student organizations, student diversity groups

- Candidate selection process (leading resume reviews, guiding interviewers, coordinating offers)
