1. Sales and gross profit for the category through efficient assortment, pricing and promotions.
2. Negotiate other income through space selling and Rebate agreements.
3. Maintain Pvt Label share.
4. Ensures the planogram, stock availability, stock receiving developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
5. Mentor & grow the Sales team staff based for higher productivity.
6. Experiences in Commodity, B2B , GCC OR Dubai experience, into the role of Buying and merchandising is Must.
