Head - Buying & Merchandising - eCommerce

Our client is an exciting,wellfunded, e-commerce start up. They are looking for a Head of Product/ Product Lead to be located in their Head Office in Bangalore. A brief JD is as follows:

- Owning the topline revenue targets of the marketplace

- Lead the buying and merchandising strategy and execution

- Identify and onboard individuals/producer groups onto the platform adhering to overall mission of the platform.

- Oversee an in-house designer and provide design inputs to producers wherever deemed fit

- Maintain a merchandising calendar

- Upload all product related content onto the platform

- Monitor weekly sales, stock and intake for each individual option within a department and to ensure that future projections are realistic and in line with stock availability

- Performance analysis reports

- Work closely with the marketing lead in helping develop all forms of content

- Collaborations with external designers to help bring in collections.

- Working with the accounts team to ensure timely payments to all producers.

- Minimum 3 years experience with E-commerce formats is essential.
