Business Unit Head - Packaging with Pharmaceutical MAchinery Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities :

- Design and strategize the annual business / profit plan in alignment with ACG PAM's 3 year strategic growth plan.

- Achievement of growth and revenue generation for the business as per the top & bottom line profit plan

- Strategize for increasing market share, brand equity and enhancing customer relations in both the domestic & international market.

- Optimize the working capital management

- Develop Systems, Processes and building & nurturing a Team for sustained growth

- Ensure operations are carried out within the currently laid down policies and procedures of the company

- Focus on delivering the targeted annual new products & technologies

- Setting targets for the team and ensuring success through periodic performance management reviews

- Overall responsible for talent management and development of all direct reports (DRs) and skip levels (SLs).

- Efficiently managing joint ventures and technology transfer of future products.

- Costing

- Creating reference sites for new products.
