Mandatory :
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry.
- A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

About the role :
- By enabling commerce with new supply chain inventions, creating logistics backbones and by ensuring financial freedom using technology, We looks to elevate how small businesses operates in Bangladesh.
- Our technology platforms currently serves 500,000+ small businesses in Bangladesh. We aim to change and rebuild how logistics, commerce and finance works for Small Businesses.
- This role will head the end-to-end business operations for Travel vertical including product development, marketing, sales and customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze needs of potential traveler segments and develop fit-for-purpose tour packages for target customers.
- Build sustainable relationship with travel partners i.e., airlines, hotels, aggregators, tour operators, and other vendors to deliver best-in-class experience to customers.
- Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for diversified group of travelers.
- Lead end-to-end business operations including product development, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Create competitive advantage through driving collaborative partnership with related industry players.
- Closely work with technology team to integrate developed products/packages in digital platform so that these can be smoothly accessed by agents for reselling or by customers directly from digital channels.
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints and aim to meet their expectations.
- Develop and manage team to achieve KPIs and drive sustainable business growth.
- Remain updated about recent trends of the industry and competition activities.
- Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.
Requirements :
- Detailed understanding & knowledge of travel management processes.
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry. A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field is preferred.
