Head - Business Transformation - Supply Chain Domain

- 20+ years of senior level experience in Integrated Supply Chain ( Plan source -Deliver ) and New product Development with demonstrated track record in implementing transformational programs / projects across the enterprise .

- Demonstrable supply chain strategy and execution capability, thought leader, strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of supply chain operations, new product development .

- Profound knowledge of end to end business processes, IT applications in the areas of integrated supply chain .

Primary Purpose of the Position:

- To contribute to the development and execution of Enterprise wide Business Transformation Road Map in the following functions/areas : Customer touchpoints, Order to delivery, New Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT application / enterprise software with the objective of driving advanced capabilities, innovation and excellence in performance to enable support of the Enterprise's Mid- Long Term goals and objectives .

- To contribute to the development and execution of Enterprise wide Business Transformation Road Map in the following functions/areas : Customer touchpoints, Order to delivery, New Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT application / enterprise software with the objective of driving advanced capabilities, innovation and excellence in performance to enable support of the Enterprise's Mid- Long Term goals and objectives .

- Leads the development of building blocks that will enable a successful implementation of the Enterprise wide Business Transformation road map . This will include development of the Business Transformation Operating Model in terms of Purpose, People & organization, Methods/Tools, KPI & Benefit Tracking, Processes and Governance .

- Leads Business Transformation Strategy Maturity model from stage 1 ( one way of doing this, standard processes, IT superuser, Master data, Policies ), Stage 2 ( Advanced Modelling and Analytics - add value by identifying required areas for developing advanced modelling and analytics ), to stage 3 ( Innovation incubation ).

- Plays the role of a collaborator, integrator and influencer for the larger enterprise and a voice of reason and connects strongly with the executive leadership team and within and across the functions of plan, source, deliver, new product development & IT application team to deliver programs and projects as per priorities set by the executive team.

- Responsible to lead and govern process standards and best practices across the functions of plan, source, deliver, new product development, IT application while supporting leadership team sponsored crosss -funcctional initiatives and driving deployment into the areas based on prioritization .

- Senior Leadership Team Align on Organization Priorities and develop a program on Business Transformation to deliver sustainable enterprise value

- Procurement VP & Supply Chain EVP identify and meet business requirements at strategic and execution level

- New Product Development Team & Vertical P&L Leaders To identify business needs, market needs, demand demand sign off, consensus plan, design of processes and principles to deliver, Functional & Vertical goals and Objectives - EBITDA / Product vitality /Customer service

External Contacts Purpose:

- Technology implementation partners Support the implementation of IT projects aligning end user requirements

- Consultants Seek guidance on implementaion of complex capabilities which are not easy to build

- Degree in Engineering, with Supply Chain Major along with MBA degree .
