- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies without compromising service quality.

Profitability Enhancement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.

- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to drive profitability.

Digital Transformation:

- Lead and champion digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan, aligning business transformation goals with overall organizational objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Change Management:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.

- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Profile

- Proven experience of 6+ in a similar role in Consulting/Industry

- Demonstrated success in driving cost optimization, profitability enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
