Head - Business Strategy & Insights - Manufacturing Firm

Job Purpose : This role will work closely with the Power BU leadership (including all BU Head, NSH, Sales Development Heads, Channel Development Head, Product Marketing Head, Influencer Head) to create strategic road map & drive execution for short/long-term strategies aligned with BU Head. Lead root cause identification and problem solving of major gaps in regional business performance metrics.

Responsibilities :

- Creating strategic business plan & execution roadmap, identifying & driving new growth opportunities.

- Work closely with business teams & finance for preparation of annual business plan & budget.

- Define metrics for business performance against targets.

- Generate data-backed business insights, align with regional/ HO stakeholders & curate action plan.

- Regular benchmarking of performance with key competition

- Manage direct reportees: 3-4 business analysts.

- Coordinate with leadership of the organization for designing, calibrating the strategic roadmap.
