Head - Business Strategy - BFS (10-18 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities -
- Work with cross-functional teams globally across different operations and technology.
- Define functional strategies and ensure implementation of recommended target operating models, process enhancements, technology changes etc across operations.
- Work with Senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic inputs.
Job Requirements -
- 10+ years of work experience in the financial industry with deep knowledge of front-to-back banking processes (buy and sell-sides)
- Understanding of regulations for financial services industry.
- Strategy consulting and/or management consulting background specializing in financial industry will be an added advantage
