This person would be taking care of this unit :

- Finnone LMS, Inventory Funding

- Finnone CAS, Retail/Corporatee

- Indus Collections, Sage CRM

- Finnone SSO, Product/Scheme, Master Setups

- Improve project management (including usability testing, adherence to timelines, status updates, training etc.)

- Educate and train to ensure systems/services are used and useful

- Ensure two-way communication between IT team and stakeholders

- Data Centre Support & Management- System up-time, Maintenance downtime window, DC Issue resolution and corrective actions

- Application Support- Application Systems' performance & up-time, Issue resolution, Parameter setups & System Master data management

- Vendor Management & Procurement- Vendor/Product evaluation & Cost/effort Negotiation
