Head - Postpaid
Purpose of the Job :
- To enhance business performance and deliver market share & revenue/ acquisition objectives in the B2C segment
Key Deliverables :
- Define and execute the strategy for the vertical
- Leverage synergies amongst the range of businesses to increase width and depth of account penetration
- Build strong inter-functional coordination and monitoring systems, to maximize flow through from order to execution
- Manage business together with partners to enhance profit for them
- Tailor make customized products for customers, basis their requirement, specifically for data business
- Groom a strong, empowered team, which drives business with self-initiative and provides bench strength to the organisation
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
MBA / PG in Management with relevant experience of at least 12 Years
