Job Description:

- The Head of Business Process and Quality is responsible for analyzing the Business Requirement and confirm present and future directions. It would require to map and justify the requirement that ensure that the Impact of requirement will Maintain flexibility at front end layer and modification are of switch on and switch off kind, which maintains a minimum time to modification for requirement but still maintains the sanctity of the overall architecture.

- To provide Significant improvements in Process Assurance and due diligence for Risk to business both on process modification and requirements by business users.

- Is required to be a quality leader, who thinks for both business and technology while preparing the organization for steps on standards which needs to be followed.

- Required to work in conjunction with CTO to further in source or outsource work required for Quality certification of our products and its fulfillment.

- Works strongly in conjunction with the CTO on Functional, Technical and Security concerns for QA Pass of a product/modification/change/new Program, etc.

- Subject matter expert on taking complete ownership of before release steps and bug free software platforms.

- Should think Business first and Align the thinking what a quality product would focus on is First time right Always Attitude.

- Should have strong understanding of various Testing Software/programs and has done due credit of Product/Program Release Globally.

- Will be playing a significant role while aligning with project leads in the IT department to work on complex requirements and tight schedules to go to market strategy of IT Products.

Qualification :

Educational Qualifications & Certification : B.E.

Total Years of Experience & Others : 9-14 years

- He should have a functional working knowledge of Retail, Supply chain and Latest Mobility Platform Technologies.
