- TPP business is closely monitored by multiple regulators and SROs including SEBI, RBI, IRDA, AMFI and this role will remain responsible to create process to adhere the regulations, digitize the process through online fulfilment and also handle audit and compliance for the department.
- The person will also have accountability of enrolment and claim settlement process for micro banking clients. He will also see smooth coverage and claim settlement process for bank's prop book insurance.
- The person should have 8-15 years of experience of handling back office, business process, customer service, audit, compliance of large banking distributor of Insurance and Investment products.
- He/she should have in depth understanding of regulatory guidelines, process on Life/Non-Life Insurance, Mutual Funds.
- Handling of large digital projects for the products and process automation will be preferred. Relevant working experience of Life / Non-Life Insurance company, Mutual Funds, Large private sector banks will be preferred.
