- The role of the incumbent will be to help drive business performance and create competitive advantage through superior business processes.&nbsp; - Use process improvement methodologies and tools, combined with deep industry experience to deliver great impact with speed and certainty. Designing sharply defined BPE framework aligned with the broader organization strategy in order to prioritize improvement efforts by aligning process capabilities with the enablers of the business objectives. - Responsible for driving Process design, Process modeling, Process improvement, Process automation, Process analysis, Training and knowledge transfer, Process excellence, organizational design and implementation - Driving near-term financial and/or performance improvement - Address specific high-impact process issues for improved cost and quality - Prioritize and targeted focus on improvement initiatives and investments - Improve agility to respond to business or market changes. - Lead key transformation projects using Six Sigma, LEAN, innovation, and strategic planning tools and methodologies to drive business process excellence and deliver business results through deep business insights. - Implement process improvement disciplines to increase quality and improve delivery and create sustainable measurement and daily management systems to ensure continued success. - Develop, implement and maintain a process to aggregate risk events and issues across business functions, identifying and analyzing themes, trends and control gaps - Create a culture of risk awareness across the organization by developing and implementing communications and training strategies to drive a strong control environment and accountability for risk management - Bachelor in Engineering with MBA in Operations - Well Versed with Process Excellence tools like Six Sigma, LEAN, a flair for number crunching and analytics, etc. - Strong Analytical skills and data driven approach with ability to manage and direct the team.
