- To automate employee Incentives for more than 20,000 resources

- Straight through process involving technology, operations, data science and business acumen.

- Automate the monthly incentive calculation process.

- Vendor/Partner management

- SLA / Change management

- Adopting to industry best practices

- Internal stake holder management

- Should possess Excellent project management skills.

Reports to Chief Business Officer

MBA/PGDM with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role in a Bank / NBFC Excellent Project management skills

BFSI Industry experience

Understanding of lending/loans products
