Head - Business Planning

We are looking for head of business planning group. This role will play the most important role in making correct portfolio choices for the organization. The role holder should be able to manage of team of 2-3 analysts and process champions to ensure that the business works in a programmatic manager with high efficiency.

Why we need this role :

The role holder will be the nerve center of the business. This team will help build the unit economics model for all our products - Builder, CloudOps and BuilderCare - to make most optimum business choices; lead the process interventions accross the delivery organization to minimize handoffs & human variations and thus increase our turn around time and work with legal experts for capacity partner contracts to ensure supply runs in a smooth manner.

First 6 Months OKRs :

1. Monthly update of Unit economics model

2. Fix profit maximizing pricing for Builder & CloupOps

3. Reduce Turn Around Time for project execution

4. Reduce turn around time for partner onboarding

Personality Traits :

- Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has a curious and an analytical mind with experience of building business plans and pricing models but is not blinded by the path already taken.

Requirements :

- B.Tech + MBA's preferred from top B schools

- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and pricing modelling for scale businesses like Telecom, Transportation, Healthcare, Hospitality, etc

- High proficiency in MS excel (including macros) to build robust models.

- Experience of forecasting techniques and business models

- Experience in variance analysis and demonstrated problem solving skills in identifying / suggesting fixes for variances.

- Should have led a team of analysts.
