- The incumbent would be responsible for designing processes to ensure that company platforms & products are safer to transact, improving customer satisfaction, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence
- Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction
- Perform manual fraud review to detect fraudulent transactions
- Review queued transactions and independently determine if the reviewed transactions are fraudulent or legitimate
- Resolve problems that require in depth investigation and/or research
- Identify trends, emerging risks, and insights regarding fraud investigations
- Work with cross-functional teams across the Digital platforms & products for collaboration on fraud risks and investigations
- Deliver significant business impact and contributions through quality, productivity, and customer experience improvements
- Managed a team in risk operations
- Looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience in risk operations/fraud investigations in the Fintech/BFSI space/E-commerce
