Head - Business Operations - Internet/Online

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within a business, organization, or institution.

- Experience in developing and rolling out frame works for operational efficiency.

- Strong in data analytics and ability to use metrics to drive business results.

- Track key metrics for the organization and projects.

- Ability to collaborate with stake holders within the organization and work closely with Headquarters.

- Facilitate and work closely with various function for effective planning/administration of annual budget, people cost (succession planning/retention/Talent acquisition).

- Strong understand of software life cycle and delivery capabilities

- Good understanding of local job markets and industry trends

- Ability to manage large programs across geography

- Ability to manage teams and influence stake holders

- Customer centricity and ability to participate in key reviews and drive results using key metrics and engagements.

- Timely feedback to customers/internal stake holders for improvement.

- Drive project Delivery and Revenue/Operational Metrics

- Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Board.

- Good understanding of Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

- Direct and manage the performance of all internal operations, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy.
